Fitflops – Shoes With The Gym Built In!

This is now Shoe Envy’s third summer selling the highly sought after Fitflop sandals. What a phenomenon they have become!

It seems that everyone has heard of Fitflops now, and most women own at least one pair. Many women will find them hard to resist – with a price point that makes them accessible to most, and the allure of toning legs and bum just by walking around – how can we resist!

But do they actually work and do as they claim to? Can they really burn fat, improve posture, strengthen muscles and reduce joint strain?
