Open A Coffee Shop – Find A Location

My first advise is to benefit from others. There is no point in redesigning the wheel. Work out what other franchises have accomplished to achieve their success. You might want to look at places and establishments and franchises that are going to be successful.
For starters, really go to your competition. I know this doesn’t sound such as something you’re going to enjoy doing, but consider it research. A coffee shop is more than just coffee.
Next, you want to study their ad campaigns. Everyone advertises differently based on their USP, but they all do have things in common. There are going to be some basic things that you’re going to want to present to your target audience.
The general atmosphere of the shop
The price
Those people are NOT true coffee drinkers. Trust me…there’s a difference. If you’re taking a look to cater to the guy driving an 18 wheeler on route 9, he’s going to want a different quality of coffee than the guy who has a $2,000 suit and doesn’t buy a thing off the typical rack. You need to grasp who your audience is and what kind of coffee they tend going to expect.
Same thing with the general atmosphere. Some people just want their coffee to travel and that’s it. Others want to sit down and relax and take pleasure in their drink and whereas definitely are doing it, they don’t would like to sit down in a dive…though some folk won’t mind as long as the coffee is good.
Finally, there’s the worth. While we’re not talking about a big item like a car, some people aren’t going to need to pay more than 50 cents for a cup while others will be able to gladly pay $2 or more if the overall coffee is actually exceptional. Again, know who your customers are.
From there, it’s just a matter fromcatering to it.
