The trouble is that far too many men and women all over the world focus so much attention on losing weight and altering their outer appearance that they often forget about their internal beauty . If there were only one subject matter that should clearly understood by everyone dieting it would be this: dieting needs to be more about wellness than beauty . You should not be forced to adjust to some preconceived notion of what others describe as beautiful . A world where everyone looked the same would be pretty boring.

Many eat out of emotional need or need for comfort when we are depressed, hurting, uncertain, or merely in unfamiliar territory. There is no solution that will work for everyone when it comes to making peace with who you are. This doesn’t mean you should not seek to be healthy. It simply means that your focus should be more on accepting yourself for who you are as a person rather than creating a new person or image to hide behind.
Typically dieting is a chance for many men and women to mold their image into someone else. Whether that someone is the person you believe yourself to be or want to be, you are quite unlikely to find happiness until you accept yourself for the person you are inside. This is often a difficult venture but one that is worth the effort. Once you have done that you can deal with specific issues that often led to your excess weight. Depression is a common element in weight gain as well as an inability to lose weight. By finding peace of mind depression can no longer be a controlling factor . This is the freedom you and others want to have from weight problems.

Women need to be self confident and not afraid to be who they are on the inside regardless of how they look on the exterior.
